Delivery and returns

When it arrives

We pack orders the same working day when they reach us before 2 pm. Delivery takes two to four working days in Portugal and Spain, and three to eight across the rest of Europe.

What it costs

Free on orders over €100, and €5 below that. Delivery outside Europe is shown at checkout.

Returns

Send a piece back within thirty days, unworn and in its box, for a full refund or another size. Write to us first and we send you a free return label.

Something wrong?

If a clasp or a setting gives way in the first year, send us a photo with your order number and we repair or replace it.
