Sizes and fit
Every ring page has a size guide with the inside diameter of each size. Measure a ring you already wear and pick the closest; between two sizes, take the larger one.
Every necklace has a 5 cm extender, so it sits at two lengths. Write to us for a longer chain.
Yes. Our posts and hooks are sterling silver, nickel free, and safe for sensitive ears.
Orders and delivery
Orders placed before 2 pm leave the same working day and arrive in two to four working days.
Free on orders over €100, and a flat €5 below that.
Every piece leaves in our gift box with a cloth pouch. Add a note at checkout and we write it by hand.
Returns and care
Yes, within thirty days, unworn and in its box. Write to us and we send you a free return label.
Keep it dry and away from perfume and creams. Polish with the cloth in the box, and store each piece in its pouch so chains do not tangle.
